This company has the worst returns process
This company has the worst returns policy I purchase a cap on July 4 through web orders. The cap was received however did not fit and was returned immediately. I have proof of return delivery and have sent this to the customer service team however the company claims they have not received the return. How ridiculous. Be careful purchasing from the company as if you need to return you probably can’t. Also returns are not free. So I am out of pocket for a hat that didn’t fit and a return delivery that never got received. Never to purchase again from the company b

Garbage. You sent my order to a convenience store as I work, who claimed not to have it, then UPS sent it back to you!
This was during your 75% sale. What was my compensation for this total shambles? 15% off non-sale items. Useful.

Still didn’t get my order
Still didn’t get my order. The company waited 5 days to ship my order after collecting payment. I’ve ordered at the 5th July, it should arrive at 12th July max. But they have shipped it in the 10th so today the 20th new era is beating the record. 10 days delayed so far. Will it arrive or will they just return the money and make customers waste time?

Normally don't write reviews but this service is poor for such a reputable brand, their website account area doesn't work, don't know where to return the wrong size item and after messaging customer support no answer, i tried ringing but it rings a few times and then cuts out, very frustrating, can anyone help with this, please? It's been weeks.

Everything is great except the delivery. It usually takes more than 3-5 business days (like it says on the site).It takes around a week or two to deliver. I find this annoying since I’m not staying at the address that I ordered the package to. Now, the person that lives at the written address, has to send it by mail to my standard address, because of late delivery. I also didn’t receive any email that contains an order number or a site that tracks my package.
